At NR Choksi, each creation is crafted with precision, care, and respect for our customers. We proudly comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair shopping experience.
Silver Jewellery
We gladly offer exchange or store credit on silver jewellery within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:
Unworn and in its original condition
Returned with all packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase
Not a customised or engraved design
Please note: refunds are not available for change of mind on silver jewellery. Exchange or store credit will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Gold & Diamond Jewellery
All gold and diamond jewellery is made-to-order and created specifically for each client. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces for change of mind.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will assess it in line with Australian Consumer Law and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nrchoksiaustralia@gmail.com
Include your order number and clear images of the issue. After inspection, we will provide the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or refund — as required by law.
Final Sale & Custom Orders
Custom-made, resized, or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
We also do not accept returns for earrings or body jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
Our Commitment
