Bespoke Commissions: As all pieces are custom-made to your agreed specifications, we are unable to offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a commission is confirmed and a deposit received.
Complimentary Resizing: One complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, where it can be completed without compromising the structural integrity of your piece.
Insured & Tracked Delivery: Every piece is shipped fully insured via a reputable tracked courier. Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
Craftsmanship Warranty: Covered by our 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Faulty pieces are remedied in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
