Shipping Policy

At NR CHOKSI, all pieces are bespoke commissions made to order. As such, our shipping process is tailored to the care and security each piece deserves. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Each piece is individually crafted to your specifications. Production timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the availability of materials. An estimated production timeline will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Your piece will not be dispatched until the full balance payment has been received and cleared. We will notify you via email once your piece has been dispatched, along with your tracking details.

2. SHIPPING METHOD & INSURANCE

All pieces are shipped fully insured via a reputable, tracked courier service within Australia. Given the high value and bespoke nature of our commissions, we do not use standard postal services.

  • All shipments include full insurance cover for the declared value of the piece

  • A signature on delivery is required — pieces will not be left unattended

  • Tracking information will be provided at the time of dispatch

  • Delivery is available to all addresses within Australia

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 1–3 business days

  • Regional and rural areas: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and your location. NR CHOKSI is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, however we will actively assist in tracking and resolving any issues that arise.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, including insurance, will be confirmed at the time of your order. Given the bespoke and high-value nature of each commission, shipping charges reflect the cost of fully insured, secure delivery. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated clearly before dispatch.

5. RISK & TITLE

Risk in the piece transfers to you upon delivery to your nominated address and receipt of the required signature. We strongly recommend arranging independent jewellery insurance for your piece upon receipt, as NR CHOKSI's liability ceases upon confirmed delivery.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that your piece is lost or damaged in transit, NR CHOKSI will work with the insurer on your behalf to facilitate a remedy. Please contact us immediately at info@nrchoksi.com.au if you believe your piece has been lost or if it arrives damaged. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for any insurance claim.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. NR CHOKSI is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the client. Any re-delivery costs incurred as a result of an incorrect address will be borne by the client.
