Each NR Choksi piece is an individually commissioned work of art, made to order in collaboration with you. Because every commission is unique, we ask that you review these terms before placing your order.
Bespoke Commissions: As all pieces are custom-made to your agreed specifications, we are unable to offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a commission is confirmed and a deposit received.
Complimentary Resizing: One complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, where it can be completed without compromising the structural integrity of your piece.
Insured & Tracked Delivery: Every piece is shipped fully insured via a reputable tracked courier. Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
Craftsmanship Warranty: Covered by our 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Faulty pieces are remedied in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
